Beth was born with a cleft lip and palate and CLAPA has been so supportive through out. The charity offer family days and support which allows us to meet and support others born with a cleft. Beth is also part of the Scottish Children and Young persons council for children born with a cleft and at the meetings the children, giving the children an opportunity to discuss there feelings, operations and what activities/family days they would enjoy. Beth has had 5 operations to date with some further procedures planned for the future.
