Story

A group of us are cycling around 450 miles from the bottom to the top of Ireland over a 9 day period commencing on August 18. We are dedicating the ride to our friend Alan Tucker, who very sadly passed away in June last year, at the age of 51. Alan was a keen cyclist and suffered a heart attack while on a cycling holiday following the Tour de France.

Therefore, our team of Phil May, Paul Rambridge, Eugene Chapman, Steve Hurrion, Kevin Amos, Dave Vaughan and John Bell with the backup of Rod Chapman in the Sweethaven van, have decided to support the British Heart Foundation in Alan’s memory.
