I am very sorry to see that people of my age are sleeping rough for one reason or another. On my way to school, I observed homeless people, young and old, on several occasions and wondered why they ended up this way.

When I was little, I believed they were lazy (didn't work hard) or criminals, but as I grew up, I understood that the problem was much more complex.

There will always be people who sadly miss out on opportunities and good choices and get mixed with bad crowds, whatever their home life. There will always be people who fall through the net (support at school, community etc.).

But if I can raise money and help a few young people, it is better than nothing.

I'm taking on the challenge of the London Sleep Out! On my 14th birthday, I will be swapping my comfy bed for a sleeping bag to support Centrepoint in their mission of ending youth homelessness by 2037!

Please help me to reach my target of £350 and together we can end youth homelessness. For good.
