We are the Caring Bears Team made up of  Tanya, Sam Harrison, Kate, Gill, Mick, Mike, Dave, Monica, Andrea and Sue Mc Gowan to name but a few rowing for Martin House. 

We only need to row 200 metres - so we've been busy putting our training programme into place.  

Including practicing our rowing skills to "Oops Upside Your Head" - just need to remember not to rock the boat too much! :)

Fingers crossed the boat doesn't' capsize!!
