Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our Just Giving page.

My Mum, Dad and I are walking this weekend to raise money for the Rowans Hospice who provided what can only be described as exemplary, thoughtful and loving end of life care for my grandad Ralph Swan.  Ralph was a loving husband, father, grandfather and father-in-law; the lynch pin and dynamo of our extended family and our hero.  He passed away peacefully in February of this year while being looked after in the serene and peaceful environment that the Rowans is able to provide due to the generosity of charitable giving.

My grandad spent a lifetime raising money for charities including for the Rowans and would be walking this with us, if he was still here.

We would appreciate anything that you can give towards supporting the Rowans and the amazing work that they do.

Thank you,

               Iona 💙
