On November 5th 2013, my beautiful brother Guy, killed himself in Sydney, Australia. He was 37 years old.

Suicide is the biggest killer in the UK of men under 45 & this topic needs to be spoken about. It can happen to any family, at any time & its impact is immeasurable.

Pete's Dragons is a local charity that helps families to deal with the aftermath of a loved one's suicide. When the unimaginable happens, there is very little support & believe me, you need all the help that you can get!

Iona & I decided that we would start running at the end of the summer 2016 & we are running the Plymouth half marathon on April 23rd. Please dig deep & give whatever you can to this very worthy cause.

May none of you endure the suicide of a loved one.
