Integrity staff is pleased to be hosting a Christmas Jumper Week from 20th – 24th December, to raise money and awareness for Mind and help support those who are living with mental health problems.

Given the unprecedented challenges that we’ve all had to face over the past 18 months or so, it seems there has never been a more important time to promote a message of good mental health and support those who may be going through dark times.

Being aware of each other is a value that Integrity is passionate about. Whether it’s our colleagues, friends, family, or community, mindfulness of other people’s mental health is something we all need more of. This is why Integrity is happy to support Mind in its efforts to advise, support, and empower those who are struggling with mental health. Through actions like these, Integrity hopes to assist in further raising awareness and promoting understanding of these sorts of issues we all share.
