Free Virtual Ergonomic Clinic For Home Workers, To Avoid Back Injury

Free Virtual Clinic For Home Workers: How To Avoid Back Injury During Lockdown · 22 April 2020
The National Emergencies Trust, the UK charity whose new Patron is the Duke of Cambridge, has just launched a fundraising appeal to help those most affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. The Trust is collaborating with other charities and bodies to raise and distribute money and support for victims of the pandemic.
As a business, I wanted to support the Trust in this vital work, when so many people have had their lives turned upside down. So I have opened a ‘Virtual Clinic’ to offer all of you working from home during ‘lockdown’, FREE help and advice so you can avoid the risk of injury to your back. Many of us are working at home for the first time and are now struggling with back issues. Poor posture, stress and lack of exercise are all contributing factors. Yet simple but highly effective solutions can make a huge difference.
I’ve advised hundreds of UK companies on how they can minimise back pain in the workplace, and now that we are all working from home, my clinic aims to help you with practical tips on how to set up your new home-based workstation. That shoulder, lower back or neck issue can all be easily resolved if posture is to blame.
Starting from 22nd April, there is no charge for booking into the Virtual clinic, which is open twice a week, on a Monday and Wednesday from 2 to 4pm. For your FREE consultation, please email info@inspiredergonomics.com and thank you so much for any donation you feel able to make to The National Emergencies Trust.
