Will Barr sadly passed away on Tuesday the 15th of September 2020 at the age of 30. 

Will was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He meant so much to so many people, we would like to honour his memory by supporting the passions he had in life.

Throughout his academic and professional career, he had a deep love for nature, and his goal for many years was to work in forestry and environmental science. Beyond his degree in biology. He was a fan of the Blue Planet series but he could be just as eloquent about shark week, as many of his friends can attest.

In light of this, we have set up this page to raise money for The Wildlife Trusts, so that all of those who were blessed to have known Will can show their love in a way that would protect the natural world that Will was so passionate about. A donation in his name would support that.

We want to thank everybody who attended Will's memorial on the live stream, and everybody who donated to his justgiving page. Thanks to your support, we've raised thousands of pounds for The Wildlife Trusts. It gives us all great comfort to know that the safeguarding of the natural world is now a part of Will's legacy.
