Story
Since 2012, North Woods was Ezra's second home, where he loved archery, drama, and photography. He thrived on the wild spaces of camp and grew up running its trails and gazing at its night skies.
In September 2017, Ezra was diagnosed with leukemia, just after coming home from his LIT year at North Woods. He died in March 2018, though he fought incredibly hard.
Ezra was proud to be a North Woodsman and part of the North Woods/Pleasant Valley family, and he cherished the camp's values of fair play, fellowship, and personal development. The friends he made there, a collection of incredible young people, enriched his life tremendously. Help us honor his memory by providing this experience to another child or teen each year.
