Our mother, June, experienced firsthand the exceptional care and support provided by Great Ormond Street Hospital when her daughter, Jackie, was under their compassionate care. Jackie's passing profoundly impacted June's life. Rather than succumbing to her own sorrow, she made a remarkable decision to aid other parents enduring similar circumstances. June pursued a career as a children's nurse, dedicating herself to helping countless children and their families in both times of illness and wellness. Great Ormond Street Hospital remained close to her heart throughout her journey.
