I will be running two half marathons this year (Yeovil on 25th March and Cardiff on 14th October) to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Sadly on 4th March 2006 my father (Michael Reed) passed away after having a sudden heart attack. This is a silent killer that can effect anyone at any time, regardless of age. The British Heart Foundation do an amazing job trying to prevent this happening so please support me to support them.
