Grab your head torch, pull on your boots and trek the night in the vast and stunning grounds of Herstmonceux Castle. Make a difference to local children with life shortening conditions and their families and enjoy the beautiful East Sussex night air

Story

Robin & Catherine from Informed Financial Advice are taking part in a 10k night trek around Herstmonceux Castle on the 16th May to raise money for Chestnut Tree House children's hospice.

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care services and community support for children and young people with progressive life-shortening conditions in East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire. Any money raised from this trek will make a huge difference to the valuable services they are able to provide.

Chestnut Tree House offers support for the whole family including psychological and bereavement support, end of life and short break care and sibling support. It currently costs over £4 million each year to provide all the care services offered by them. Families are never charged for their care and less than 6p in every pound is funded by the government, so they rely heavily on the generosity, help and support of the people of Sussex.

So any donations you are able to make to this wonderful cause would be greatly appreciated!
