Story
In July 2011 Adam Rowbottom was sadly taken from us - he died peacefully in his sleep as a result of cardiac arrest at the age of just 23. He is deeply missed every day by his family and friends and will never be forgotten - he was extremely intelligent and outgoing, always telling jokes and making everyone smile.
In honour of his memory James Edwards and Anthony Rowbottom will be cycling from London to Berlin in March 2013 in only 7days to raise awareness and money for CRY. That's ~750 miles for those not in the know!
Not only that but Victoria Mitchell will be running 2, yes 2 (!), Marathons - the Abingdon Marathon in October 2012 and the London Marathon in April 2013.
So please dig deep and don't let Adam's death be in vain...raising awareness of treatable conditions such as these is important and won't happen without your help: Your contribution counts and helps to save lives! 12 young people under the age of 35 die every week in the UK from undiagnosed cardiac conditions; 80% of these tragic deaths occur without prior symptoms as was the case with Adam. Please help to reduce the odds for our young loved ones. Every donation is greatly appreciated, thank you.
