We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

My dad, Patrick Grant (aka Winston), sadly passed away from cancer (Hodgkin Lymphoma) on 27th May 2000.

To mark the 20 year anniversary, Momma G (Elaine) and I have decided to raise money this year in his memory, for Blood Cancer UK a charity that funds research and supports those who are affected by blood cancer.

To raise the money, we intended to run the Great Run Birmingham 10K & then we also entered the 1/2 marathon with some of my family and friends.

Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus, the official 10k event was cancelled, but mom and I both completed a replacement run instead.

The official 1/2 marathon has also been cancelled due to coronavirus, however we will be completing our replacement run on the date that it should’ve happened (11th October) with close family friend Sam Rnic also joining the run and fundraising with us.

Any donations, no matter how big or small, will be hugely appreciated.

Thanks everyone for your support 💜
