I am running the London Marathon at short notice for the Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity in memory of my friend Kara Nelson who sadly passed away in May this year. If you knew Kara we appreciate your support.

Kara was a beautiful and incredible individual that made this world a better place with her presence. It was a shock to us all when she was diagnosed with Leukaemia in November 2021, the progress of the illness was too quick and strong, even though Kara gave an incredible fight she is no longer here. Leaving a loving husband, Amos and two young boys. 

So far a group of Kara's friends have raised 20k+ for the hospital charity. Through this marathon we will add to that total.
