The Lakes of the UK are supporting Level Water and are asking you to jump in, swim and raise money for bespoke swimming lessons for children with disabilities across the UK

Story

I have had a long journey into being able to swim and am now able to experience the joy, playfulness and independence in the water that 'real' swimmers do.

This is my very first swim challenge and it feels so great to be raising funds for inclusive swimming lessons.

These 1:1 swim sessions are invaluable to the children who participate - and the siblings, parents and carers who support them. The swim teachers are skilled in developing individual potential and confidence in the water, fostering a life skill that everyone should have access to.

The lakes of the UK and the Outdoor Swimming Society are supporting Level Water in their mission to provide bespoke, 1-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities across the UK.Level Water want a world where everyone has access to swimming. For life.

By donating to this challenge you are helping to make sure that, once pools have re-opened, lessons can continue straight away and children can continue to learn this life changing skill.
