As part of my D of E Award, I decided to take on the Couch to 5K challenge. My training will end just in time to take part in the Sussex Cancer Fund's #MySuperHeroRun on the 28th of April. It will be my first official 5km run.

The Sussex Cancer Fund works with the NHS to create new and improved facilities for cancer care in Sussex, including purchasing specialist equipment, providing additional patient services, refurbishment projects and funding cancer research studies.
