We provide unconditional friendship, support and practical help to people in crisis and in need. We work with children, homeless people, all adult victims of modern slavery and those dealing with drug and/or alcohol addiction

Story

I did it in 55 mins and 47 secs - whilst  I may not have broken any records as you can see from the photo, I did break into quite a  serious sweat! It was very sunny (that's my excuse anyway!).

I  am taking part in the  British 10K London Run on  July 10th  to raise money  for The Salvation Army's  Anti-Human Trafficking preventative and victim support  work (UK and overseas).   

In the UK and Wales, the charity provides  vital accommodation and support for male and female victims of all types of trafficking - sexual exploitation, domestic servitude and forced labour.
