In memory of Damian Allen
We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

Verity and I, along with Emma and Alice, are going to tackle the Yorkshire Three Peaks (25 miles and 5200ft ascent) in October this year in memory of my Uncle Damian who sadly took his own life in July 2020. We will walk together for him, for others who have taken their life, for everyone living life after suicide and for everyone who continues to fight daily battles with mental health.

We will be fundraising for CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, who are leading a movement against suicide. They exist to prevent suicide, which takes 18 lives every day and is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. They offer support and information to people when they need it and are driving cultural change, working with people to push for a life less miserable for everyone.

Please take a moment to donate what you can to support this important charity.

Lots of love,

Imogen, Verity, Emma and Alice x
