Story

I've been bipolar all my life. It's got its ups and downs (a fun bipolar joke for you there) but probably more downs, overall. Birmingham Mind is the Birmingham bit (obviously) of the nationwide charity Mind, which campaigns for mental health awareness, including suicide prevention, offers support and services, and generally is pretty great and useful, etc.

With the current gutting of the mental health services, charities like Mind are more and more important by the day. And they need our support. So please please donate!
