Summerfield stables is a local charity riding stables near me which I volunteer and ride at on a weekly basis. They help to support many different people of all different backgrounds who are learning to ride and care for horses. Summerfield stables has been wonderful at supporting and preparing people who want to complete their pony club and BHS exams (which are brilliant qualifications which allow our young riders to have careers in the equine industry).

With this third lockdown and with all our horses and ponies being stable kept at the moment (due to the winter weather causing the fields to be very muddy) Summerfield stables has found the financial side very difficult and so I am trying to run 100 miles over lent to support the wonderful stables.
