Thanks for visiting The CID Ghana Primary School fundraising page.
CID Ghana is a registered volunteer and development NGO in Northern Ghana with groups in UK/Ireland, Sweden, Belgium and The etherlands. All European groups are registered and run by volunteers so all money raised goes straight to Ghana.
We are currently building a primary school for 200 kids in the villages of Tampe Kukuo and Kukuo Yapalsi, outside Tamale in Northern Ghana.
When the children leave the CID Ghana nursery school many have to walk for over an hour to the nearest primary school just to be turned away as it is full, leaving them with no education. Education is the future for these kids and for the rural areas where most people live on under $1 a day.
