We will be cycling 400km from Vietnam to Cambodia in October to raise funds for Alder Hey Children's Charity.  We'll be battling unfamiliar bikes, roads and a tropical monsoon climate with high temperatures and humidity.  Chaotic traffic.  There's mention of undiscovered minefields in Cambodia for added interest.  Deep fried tarantulas served as delicacies.  

This is going to be a real challenge so we'd really appreciate any donations for Alder Hey as we're passionate about the work they do with children, they're an amazing charity and deserve all the support we can give them.
