Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We have now completed the three peaks challenge to raise funds to purchase much needed computer equipment for Ilam School.  By replacing aging computers we think we can have a huge positive effect on teaching and learning in the school.

The team completing the challenge has met all of the expenses (£500 +) in hiring a minibus, as well as buying food and petrol so anything you contribute will go straight to purchasing the ICT equipment!

The challenge involved climbing all the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in less than 24 hours.  We did it between Saturday 18th September and Sunday 19th September.  The weekend was especially wet in the Lake District and Snowdonia and whilst we all enjoyed it, it was very hard work.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Ilam School and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
