Story
Starting Sunday May 1st our treasurer Dave Lewis and former board member Dave Pountney Will be walking the 43 miles from Aggborough Stadium to Your Co-op Community Stadium, Leamington, for the match between Leamington FC and Kidderminster Harriers on Monday May 2nd.
The walk is being undertaken in memory of our former chairman, and good friend Ian Nash, who sadly passed away last May. As a devoted Kidderminster Harriers supporter, Ian dedicated much of his spare time to KHIST; helping the trust to develop and progress and, in doing so, aiding Kidderminster Harriers Football Club.
We are raising money for Hugs, a local charity that was close to Ian's heart and one that he actively supported.
Hugs provides memory boxes for parents that have sadly lost a baby during any stage of pregnancy. The boxes help parents make precious memories in the short time they have their baby with them. All pennies raised goes directly to helping bereaved families.
