Story
I am running a half marathon to support the SJ Ramadhan Relief campaign to collectively create 100,000 active minutes to support the people who are struggling to put food on their tables in and around the UK.
For my part, I have been running 3 - 4 times a week (At least 20 minutes) and I thought I run a half marathon once a month, I will make this a challenge to run a half marathon whilst fasting and ask people to help us sponsor the goals of Al Mizan along with WF-AID.
To make it a bit more interesting, I have chosen to run at Willen Lake on the 2nd of May 2021 and aim to complete the fasting half marathon in under 3 hours [I am giving myself a bit more time as I am going to be fasting whilst running].
