We provide free palliative care to South East London, Bromley and Croydon

Story

It has reached that time again when I do very little training, quite a lot of eating and drinking, and then decide to do something quite physical that I'm not really prepared for.

This time it is cycling London to Paris.  Over 400km in 3 days.  Quite painful I'm sure it will be.

I'm cycling for a local cancer hospice based in Crystal Palace, please see their webpage for more details: http://www.stchristophers.org.uk

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Christopher's Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
