Story
Hi and thanks for visiting my page!
I will be challenging myself by Conquering Mount Snowdon on Saturday March 24th in aid of Rohingya Refugees. Funds will be going towards Child Safety Zones which are multipurpose areas with the purposes of:
1. Being child-friendly areas within refugee camps
2. Providing a safe-haven for learning and education
3. Being integral spots for children to play in peace and safety
The importance in having these child-friendly zones is because refugee camps can be dangerous and are unsafe for children to wander around amidst the sheer scale of strangers actively lurking and looking to take advantage of the most vulnerable such as kidnapping and selling them into trafficking in other countries. The zones, therefore, protect children and safeguard them.
The zones are secure and always watched over and provide a hub for children to learn, play and be happy.
Your support will help me reach this fundraising goal and help others overcome their own obstacles. We aim to raise £14,500 as a team to open a Child Safety Zone and additional funds going towards running it.
Please donate what you can and make the difference that you can!:
Your donations however little or large will go a long way. Together we can make a massive difference!
