Over 690 million people worldwide are suffering from hunger. People are starving, and we need to help.The Feed Our World Ramadan Challenge aims to feed over 100,000 people from 17 countries worldwide. I am working with Penny Appeal to fight hunger in Somalia, Djibouti, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tanzania, Turkey, Yemen, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Kashmir and right here at home in the United Kingdom. 

During Ramadan, we are lucky to know that upon hearing the Maghreb Athaan, we will be able to fill our bellies with our favourite foods. For many, the reality is that they do not know where their next meal will be coming from.
