Story
Tour de Cymru and a little bit more...
Starting out on Monday 11th May, I'm cycling to New Street Station and catching a train to Fishguard, in South West Wales. From there, I'm cycling to Prestatyn in North East Wales, a journey of around 150 miles, if I stay on course (a challenge in itself!). The journey includes a climb of 7,415 feet and 7,598 of down hill joy alongside this.
I'm scheduled to arrive in Prestatyn at the head of my home valley on Thursday 14th May. In all, it's about 40 miles a day. I'm then catching a train to back to New Street, Birmingham and participating in the CEO all night sleep out at the Villa Ground.
All proceeds go to the homeless and poverty charities associated with the new CEO sleep out charity.
