To honour Liz's memory I am planning to do 3 challenges by the end of April 2023:

(i) The Last Degree - ski the final degree of latitude in Antarctica to reach the South Pole, a journey of over 100km, camping in extreme weather conditions at an altitude over 9,000 feet.

(ii) London Marathon - run my first ever marathon as part of the Bowel Cancer team

(iii) Ben Nevis - climb the UK's highest mountain
