Story
Oxford RAG Lost:
"You're in a darkened coach... Driven to an unknown location... 100 miles from home... You're LOST in a race back to Oxford!
The only catch? You have no money to spend."
Rosie, James and Jack are hitchhiking back to Oxford for charity. The combination of wanting to do our bit for a good cause and realising that our respective courses leave us with a great deal of free time encouraged us to do this. We will be doing this in costume (we were going to go for escaped convicts would be good... but then again, that would probably drastically reduce our chances of hitching lifts successfully), and hopefully getting back to Oxford within a matter of days.
Our chosen charity is Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity. Shelter works to alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and bad housing. They do this by giving advice, support and advocacy to people with all kinds of housing problems, and by campaigning for lasting political change to end the housing crisis for good.
In order to take part in this challenge, we need to raise £70 each for Shelter, but secretly hope to raise a bit more with a little help from our friends. Anything you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and God bless.
