Cyclone Idai has swept through Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe, leaving behind a trail of destruction, killing hundreds of people and affecting an estimated 2.6 million people. I'm raising money to support those in need via the DEC.

On 5 October I will do the Run Richmond Park 10k for Disasters Emergency Committee, Idai appeal. It will be the fourth third of ten races I will run for the appeal.

I also ran the Run Richmond Park 10k on 31 August and 29 June and the Kew Gardens 10k on 14 September.
