In October this year I will be taking part in my 10th Norwood international charity bike ride. It has been my great pleasure to complete all of those rides on tandem with some wonderful cycling partners who have benefitted from the wide range of fantastic services that Norwood provides.

This year I will be back on my tandem with Ian Spellman, taking on a real cycling challenge in Rajasthan, northern India. We'll be covering a mammoth 500km on our 6 day ride with very challenging terrain, heat, humidity and the odd snake or two standing in our way! We have set ourselves a fundraising target of £3,500 and would really appreciate if you would be kind enough to sponsor our efforts and donate to a very worthy cause.
