Story

Wow - Got on the scales this morning and it told me "One at a Time". Having hit 18st 6lb / 260lb / 117.9 Kg I was not too surprised!!

Long overdue a change in my sedentary lifestyle I have decided not only for myself, but also for my family, to try and change my lifestyle by losing weight and getting active again.

I aim to lose 4st 13 / 69lb / 31.3 Kg by the 31st of July 2009. - A target weight of 13st / 189lb / 85.7 Kg.

I am determined to achieve my weight loss goal, but feel that it would be selfish of me to allow an opportunity such as this to not help an organisation such as Naomi House.

Naomi House is a childrens' hospice located in Sutton Scotney, near Winchester, Hampshire UK.
This is the link to their website. Please take a moment to check it out for yourself.

I am so determined to achieve my personal goal that I am going to pledge £20 for every pound short of my target weight.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Naomi House Children’s Hospice (Wessex Children's Hospice Trust) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now and help a fantastic cause!
