Our team has pledged to raise £3,000 for The Springboard Charity as part of the 'Virtual Race to Qatar and Back' challenge. Collectively, we'll be travelling the distance of 6,462 miles in October. 

The Springboard Charity are future-proofing the talent pipeline for hospitality, leisure and tourism by providing free skills and employability training, mentoring and careers advice to young, unemployed and disadvantaged people - helping them to get into work and flourish in a lifelong career.
