I am coming out of retirement after 10ish years which was when I ran my last charity run from Keswick to Barrow and have been training _very_ gently for the Great South Run which is to be held at Portsmouth on 26th October 2008. I am running for the "Guide Dogs" charity and would be really chuffed if you could sponsor me and donate something for this great charity.
