Story
This September I will be raising money for needed equipment for NeuroMoves by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA).
NeuroMoves is a highly specialised exercise therapy service changing the lives of people living with a neurological condition.
I attend NeuroMoves twice a week and have one on one sessions. The work I do there helps me work towards my functional goals since suffering my stroke.
This month I will be challenging myself to improve my left hand coordination - aiming to improve my accuracy of throwing 6 quoits to a target. My current PB is successfully hitting the target twice.
This year I won a medal at the Stroke Olympics for my accuracy for quoits with my right hand - lets see if I can compete next year with my left!
The work they do at NeuroMoves is really important, and I want to do all that I can to help. There is only so much I can do on my own.
Please help me by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about SCIA, the greater their impact, so please spread the word by using the 'Share' button.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot! - Ian
