The training is going well, but those long runs are getting longer and we need all the motivation and encouragement we can get, so please give generously today for such a deserving charity and put a bounce in our stride!

At present there is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis and the life expectancy is 31 years. The CF Trust is funding gene therapy research so for children in the future there maybe a cure.
