Story
I am excited to announce that I will be running the ASICS London 10K on July 9th to raise money for Parkinson's UK, a charity that is close to my heart. In memory of my granddad who had Parkinson's, I am determined to do my part in raising awareness and funds for this worthy cause.
Between 2016 and 2021, I had the privilege of living with my granddad, who had Parkinson's disease. During that time, I learned firsthand about the challenges that come with living with Parkinson's.
Parkinson's UK is a charity that works hard to find a cure for Parkinson's disease and provides support to those affected by it. The charity's mission is to improve the lives of those living with Parkinson's and to find a cure for the disease.
I am asking for your support in this endeavour. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in the lives of those living with Parkinson's.
As for the 10K, my goal is to finish the race in under 1:05:00. If you're in London on July 9th, I’d love for you to come and support me! The race starts at 10:10AM in central London. You can find more information about the race route and the event on the ASICS London 10K website.
Thank you for your support in advance. Together we can make a difference and help find a cure for Parkinson's disease.
