To surpass my 2022 challenge, the only daft enough thing I came up with is to run a half marathon in the Guide Dogs "Hero" the dog suit on Sun 8th Oct.

Again, Swiss Re UK are doubling donations UP TO £1,500 ONLY made online here to its official charity partner for 2023, Guide Dogs!

They have given me this great opportunity to take part in the London Royal Parks half marathon, though this time I will NOT be going for a PB or any kind of record.
