On Thursday 1st July myself and a team of 9 Premier Foods employees are doing the three peaks challenge, which entails climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in Wales over a 24 hour period. 

Cancer Research is Premier Foods’ company wide charity.  This challenge will help us towards achieving our annual target for the charity.
