The 'Ray Gravell and Friends Charitable Trust' gives donations to numerous good causes in West Wales, as well as helping former rugby players who are having difficulties after their playing career is over. My very unpromising rugby career was curtailed at the age of 23 by a very messy knee injury, but I was lucky enough to have friends and family to literally get me back on my feet.
