First of all, thanks for visiting my page. 

Most people will have been touched directly or indirectly by heart disease - both Beth and I have had family members affected by various heart problems, and I am doing this ride in their memory to raise both awareness and money to help this charity continue their vital work.

The training has been tough (and painful at times!) but your support means it will all be worth it.
