Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having put on a few pounds over the Christmas period I decided in January to try and get fitter and started jogging for the first time in about 15 years. I decided to enter the Mens Health 10k as it is on fathers day, and I have chosen to run for the motor neurone charity MND Scotland in memory of him.
