Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In August 2017 my son's best friend Josh was diagnosed with diffuse midline glioma (DMG).Upon diagnosis Josh was told he had 12-18 months left to live his life at the age of 15.Despite this Josh defied the odds remaining strong, courageous and resilient until this cruel brain tumour took him from us in Feb 2021.He was an extraordinary young man and fighter.
On 2nd Apr 2023 I am running the London Landmark Half Marathon for Josh and to raise awareness for his illness. The survival rate has remained at 0% and treatment has had a lack of funding causing research to be limited. It would mean so much to me, and Josh's family if you could be so kind to donate, share and support Josh's legacy, one that has become so personal to my family as well.
