Running a marathon has always been an ambition of mine but having reached 40 without ever doing it, it's finally going to happen. I'm only ever going to run one (way too much training and pain involved to ever do it again) so I want to raise money for a good cause by doing it. When you wish upon a star is a brilliant charity that grants the wishes of children that suffer from life threatening illnesses and having seen the joy this brings to these children I want to raise as much money as I can to help grant these wishes. If you can, please sponsor me so my suffering will be worthwhile for this great cause.
