Following the death of my friend and colleague, Rob Dalzell, a group of us decided to raise money for BHF as a way to remember Rob and to raise some much needed funds for a charity whose work goes a long way to raise awareness of positive heart health, educates the next generation, invests in medical research to establish ways of combating heart disease, pioneers advances in heart surgery and provides care for those of us who've suffered heart related events.

Cycling 250 miles in 3 days is no mean feat - I will be giving it my all. Please help me on my journey by sponsoring me and together we can make a contribution to the wonderful work the British Heart Foundation carry out today and in the future. Thank you.
