This year i am participating in the JDRF Southampton Walk to Cure Diabetes and the GREAT SOUTH RUN 2011

My 3yr old Son and 9 Yr old Daughter are also taking part in the Walk and my Daughter is doing the GSR 2 mile Kids Run while I take part in the full 10 Mile run again this year.

As usual we change the charity we raise money for every few years and this year had decided on the Juvinile Diabetes Research Foundation, anyone with Diabetes understands the issues involved and then couple that with being a Child it is worse.

So please give whatever you can to help.
